Injury prevention isn’t just about patching up pain, it’s about building resilience. Drawing on my experience as a professional cyclist and years working across multiple sports, I use physiotherapy to proactively reduce injury risk by identifying movement patterns, strength imbalances, and biomechanical stress points before they become problems.
